1. General Questions

What is Pool Party and how do you play it?

Pool Party is the first-ever drinking card game designed specifically for the pool. The game comes with 100 unique prompts made to spike adrenaline and make memorable moments for friends at the ages of 21 and above. To play, take turns pulling a card, reading it out loud, and doing what it says.

Is it safe to play in the water?

Pool Party cards are water-resistant or fully waterproof depending on the game version you choose.


However, no drinking game is 100% risk-free. Always follow safe swimming practices. Never mix alcohol with deep water, roughhousing, or diving.


We are not liable for injuries or incidents during gameplay. Know your limits, play responsibly, and prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Always adjust sip counts and challenges to what your comfortable with.

Do I need any floaties or accessories to play?

Nope. You don’t need anything except the deck, your people, and a drink.
The game was made to be easy, requiring no setup, no accessories, no explaining rules for 10 minutes. Just take turns grabbing a card and reading it out loud.

2. Product Questions

What’s the difference between the water-resistant and waterproof versions?

The water-resistant version is made with laminated, water-resistant paper cards. This means they're splash-proof and great for poolside play, but not made for full submersion. Keep them on the ledge or a dry float.

The waterproof version is made from durable plastic, so it can get soaked, dropped, and dunked without damage.

Are the cards reusable or do they get damaged easily?

Yes, the cards are fully reusable and both versions are made to hold up to repeated play.

Just follow the basic care tips for the water-resistant version:

1) Don't submerge the water-resistant cards.

2) If you do submerge the card, take it out of the deck and let it dry to minimize the damage.

How many drinks are involved in a full game?

Out of the 100 cards in the deck, only 25 cards are needed per game. An average 25-card game includes around 3 to 4 drinks per person, based on 10 sips per drink rule.


You’re in full control and we strongly recommend that everyone plays at their own pace, skips cards they’re uncomfortable with, and adjusts sip sizes to match their vibe. This is a game for fun, not pressure.

Are the prompts all drinking-related?

Most of the prompts include sipping or drinking challenges, but Pool Party is more than “just take a drink” cards. You’ll get a mix of physical dares, intense competitions, vote-based drama, and hilarious group challenges that keep things unique and social.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to be fast and secure every time.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We accept returns for unopened games within 14 days of delivery or if your product arrives damaged in the box. To qualify for a refund, the card deck must remain sealed in its original plastic sleeve. If the seal is broken or the cards have been opened, the return is no longer eligible.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you ordered the standard water-resistant version and want to upgrade to the fully waterproof version, reach out to customer care here.
We handle upgrades on a case-by-case basis. If we can help, we will.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., reach out to us with your region and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I get free shipping?

We’re offering free shipping on the first 500 orders. No code needed, it’s applied automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or reach out to our team and we’ll resend it.

How do I earn money or discounts by posting about Pool Party?

Post a video of you and your friends playing Pool Party using #poolpartysocial or #poolpartygame on your public social media account. If we see it and it gains real, organic engagement, you may be eligible to earn up to $100. The payment is based on performance, quality, and engagement.

 

If your video doesn’t reach the minimum amount of views required, we’ll still send you a coupon code as a thank you. By accepting a payment from us, you grant Pool Party Social full, unrestricted rights to use your content for marketing, promotion, and advertising in any format.

 

Only one reward will be issued per video. Submitting a video does not guarantee payment or use. Pool Party reserves the right to reject payment for any content at its sole discretion.

Where do I sign up for the affiliate program?

To get started, you must be 21 or older and located in the United States. There is no formal sign-up process right now, but we check TikTok & Instagram hashtags weekly. If you post a video and tag Pool Party by using #poolpartysocial or #poolpartygame in your caption, we’ll be able to find your video.


Each week, we'll review all the new content with the #poolpartysocial or #poolpartygame and if the content aligns with our brand, we'll reach out directly in the comments or over DMs. Make sure you're following us so we can DM you!

We reward videos that show people genuinely enjoying the game. Laughing, playing, connecting, and showing what makes Pool Party memorable. We do not pay for or use videos that include:

- Unsafe or reckless behavior (especially around water or alcohol)

- Promotion of binge drinking or illegal activities

- Explicit or offensive content

- Botted or fake engagement (inflated views, likes, or shares)

- Misrepresentation of the product or brand

 

Every video is manually reviewed, and we reserve the right to deny payment or reposting for any reason. Pool Party Social maintains full editorial control and final say on which submissions are accepted.
