Return and refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused games that are still sealed in their original plastic sleeve. Once the cards are opened or removed from their seal, we can’t accept a return.
To Start a Return
Email us at contact@poolpartysocial.com with your order number and a quick photo if the product is damaged. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions. Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Items with missing packaging or damaged sleeves
Exchanges
If you ordered the standard water-resistant version and want to upgrade to the fully waterproof version, email us. We’ll do our best to help, depending on availability and condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Banks may take additional time to process.
