Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a tracking number for your order.

Shipping Times & Rates

We currently offer standard shipping (3–8 business days) across the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We offer free shipping on a limited basis for special promotions (such as our first 500 orders). If free shipping is active, it will automatically apply at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@poolpartysocial.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. Once the order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. If your package appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
